Job Description

Work with advanced-cell technology, R&D, prototyping, purchasing and commercialisation teams to improve battery-cell performance, cost, scalability and manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced lithium-ion cell designs.
• Evaluate cell performance, cost and scalability.
• Coordinate cell prototyping and validation.
• Support manufacturing and commercialisation activities.
• Analyse test data and resolve cell-performance issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technical specialists.

Eligibility

Degree in chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, electrochemistry or a related discipline; battery-cell development experience; strong testing and data-analysis capability; no GM immigration sponsorship.
